This Privacy Notice explains the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we will store and handle that data and keep it safe.

Your personal data is used to ensure the services we deliver are suitable and appropriate and any data collected is only used to administer and deliver those services.

  • To respond to your queries.

  • To propose, quote, design, deliver, invoice and get feedback on our professional services.

  • To process any orders that you make by using our website.

  • To send you communications required by law or which are necessary to inform you about our changes to the services we provide you (e.g. updates to this Privacy Notice).

  • To comply with our contractual or legal obligations to share data with law enforcement.

4. Use of ‘cookies’:

Our website, like many other websites, uses cookies. ‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information sent to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow our website to recognise you when you visit. The cookies collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns but do not identify you as an individual. We use this information to improve the website experience. It is possible to switch off cookies by changing your browser preferences.

5. Use of site by children:

We do not market to children, nor do we sell products or services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with consent from a parent or guardian.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

7. Data Retention:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

8. Website Hosting:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

9. Who do we share your personal data with:

We do not share personal data with any third parties or bodies, organisations. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they request, or if they have the proper authorisation.

10. Site visits tracking:

Like most websites, our website uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. 

 

11. Your rights: 

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access - You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.


Change, restrict, delete - You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Object - You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complain - If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
